111年度全國高中英語辯論比賽區域賽暨全國賽」

一、經本計畫辯題研擬小組決議，該年度政策性辯論辯題為｢RESOLVED: That the Taiwanese government should abolish the regulations governing preferential
treatment of indigenous students on entrance exams.」、公共論壇辯論辯題為RESOLVED: That at least 50% of education should be done through online learning under normal circumstances for secondary schools in Taiwan.」，惠請協助轉告周知。辯題學習指引請參閱附件。賽事相關活動實施計畫及報名方式待明年視疫情狀況再行公告。
二、北區賽事資訊：111年4月16日(星期六)武陵高中（330桃園市桃園
區中山路889號） 。
三、惠請各校轉知該校英文科及英語文相關社團（含模擬聯合國社團、語文資優或實驗班等），並鼓勵參加本屆區域賽事，准予報名師生以公（差）假方式參與活動，差旅費由
所屬學校支應。
